Connections

Connect a catalog app

Gmail, Google Calendar and other apps — one sign-in and you're done.

Some apps are already built into Brain: you don't configure anything, you just sign in and Brain manages the credentials for you. The catalog currently includes Gmail and Google Calendar, with more apps joining over time — check Browse to see what's available right now.

Connect an app

  1. Open Connections → Browse and find the app's card under Tools.
  2. Press Add connection.
  3. Sign in with your account and grant the permissions Brain asks for.

The app is ready instantly — no URLs, no tokens, no manual setup.

Manage a connection

Every connected app shows up under Your connections. Press Manage to open its page — from there you can Disconnect the account or review which digital humans have access.

Each app supports one connected account at a time. Reconnecting it replaces the previous connection with the new account.

Next step

Connecting the app doesn't grant any digital human access yet — that's done in Permissions and access, where you also decide whether it can use it freely or needs your approval first.
